REVIEW & CATCH-UP
Davison Free Methodist Church took a break from our “Overcomer” series to celebrate our 135th Anniversary. The series and related devotionals will return in two days. In the meantime please use this time to brush up on our first six memory verses.
#1 OVERCOMER
Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. 1 John 5:5
#2 HUMILITY
Be completely humble and gentle. Be patient, bearing with one another in love. Ephesians 4:2
#3 GENEROSITY
A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.
Proverbs 11:25
#4 DILIGENCE
God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. Hebrews 6:10
#5 PURITY
You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. 1 Corinthians 6:19b-20
#6 SELF-CONTROL
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23a
